📣 WE STILL NEED AGE MANAGERS!

Thank you to everyone who has already put their hand up to be an Age Manager for the upcoming season. We really appreciate your support!

We are still looking for Age Managers for the following age groups:

5 Years
6 Years
10 Years
12 Years
13 Years
14 Years & Above

Age Managers are such an important part of our club nights, helping athletes move between events, recording results and marking the roll. You’ll also have committee members there to support you along the way.

It’s a great way to be involved, stay with your child throughout the night and cheer on all our athletes.

📣 AGE MANAGERS NEEDED FOR THE 2026/27 SEASON

With our new athletics season just around the corner, we’re looking for Age Managers to help our club nights run smoothly.

Age Managers play an important role each Monday night, helping to:

* Move athletes between events
* Record results
* Mark the roll
* Encourage and support our athletes along the way

You don’t need to be an athletics expert! Our committee members will be there to support you at each event.

It’s also a great way to be involved, follow your child around to their events and cheer them and their friends on.

We need an Age Manager for each age group. Without Age Managers, club nights simply can’t run.

🎉 WE ARE SO EXCITED TO BE HOSTING WESTERN PLAINS ZONE! 🎉

Parkes and District Athletics Centre is proud to be hosting the Western Plains Zone right here in Parkes! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

📅 31st October – 1st November
📍 Northparkes Oval

This is such an exciting opportunity for our local athletes. Instead of travelling away to compete, our athletes will have the chance to take on competitors from across the Western Plains right here in our own town!

We can’t wait to welcome athletes, families and supporters to Parkes for what is sure to be an exciting weekend of athletics, competition and plenty of fun!

We are incredibly proud to be able to host this event and give our athletes the opportunity to compete on their home track. 💙

Is your child ready to take their athletics to the next level? The 2026 NSW All Schools Championships are coming up this September!

📅 Saturday 26 September – Tuesday 29 September 2026
📍 Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre (SOPAC)
📌 Edwin Flack Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park

This event is open to high school students only, and is a fantastic opportunity for athletes to compete, challenge themselves and experience a major athletics event alongside competitors from across NSW.

Whether your child loves running, jumping or throwing, encourage them to register and be part of the action!
