“Such an incredible occasion to have the students from Forrest Parade School come along to the Top End and Darwin Regional Carnival. Experiencing a 50m pool for the first time for all of the kids could have been daunting for them all, but they handled themselves fantastically well. They all had a huge smile all day and were a wonderful addition to a great day.

Congratulations to all of the students who participated from Forrest Parade and all schools, but also to SNT Life Member and Forrest Parade Swim Instructor Clare Labowitch for her incredible efforts in teaching the students, but also for preparing them for such a massive experience.

Well done and we can’t wait to see all of you at the pool again shortly.”

And for the FINALE! Join us at the Top End Open Water Teams Event at the Darwin Waterfront.

This event is a great way to finish the Championships with a fun relay and something a little bit different!

After VERY short morning session which enables you to enjoy the sunrise over the Darwin Waterfront Lagoon, (which we promise is pretty awsome) maybe a bit of breakfast from one of the great cafes at the waterfront or a swim at the wavepool.
