Hard work pays off 💪

I’m so proud of Nicole. Not only is she consistent with her training both in our sessions and on her own, she is continuously striving for PB’s! 🤩 In this moment captured, she made it to the 100kg deadlift club! 👏

When we set goals related to our training, our mindset around exercise can shift greatly. It’s not always about trying to go from point A to point B when we look in the mirror or jump on the scales. It’s really all about these incredible wins along the way that create both physical and mental strength and resilience... 👊⭐️
