Tahlia will cover 930am Monday to Thursday

Connor will continue his usual 6pm classes Monday to Thursday nights

The King may be having a birthday, but your fitness goals don't take a day off! 💪🎉

Please note our office will be unstaffed on Monday 8th June, due to the King's Birthday public holiday.

The good news? The gym will remain open 24/7 for all members, so you can train whenever it suits you.

Normal staffed hours will resume on Tuesday, 9th June:
9am to 1pm & 3:30pm -7:30pm
