*Sandhill Sunday - Sunday mornings, Wanda Sandhills, test yourself with sandhill training, suitable for all fitness levels, programs designed to cater for the beginner to advanced.

Have you thought about entering an event such as the Sutherland to surf ?
A great reason to get fit is to enter a running event, and now is the time to start training should you be new to longer distance running (or walk).
I highly recommend the Sutherland to surf for all fitness levels, it's an achievable distance to run and a great community event.
Entries open next month but now is the time to get a plan together with your training.
