Before and After Inbody Scan - a great tool/scan to provide you all the info you need to see real change.

3 x Bootcamps - at various locations around the Coast come together with likeminded participants and train hard whilst having lots of fun.

8 x Weekly challenge classes - these classes at Evolve 24/7 Fitness are exclusively for challenge participants only and will be designed to push your limits.

Weekly Intra-Gym challenges - we have designed weekly challenges to push your limits against yourself and others to see how you're improving.

Before and After Testing - using various body movements we will test and record your abilities in various exercises in week 1 and then again at the conclusion of the challenge to track progress.

Nutrition and Calorie coaching available at great discounted rates (Coach Shaun Fitzsimmons)

Private Facebook Forum page to assist and educate.

Instructors/Staff will also take part in the challenge to test themselves against our awesome participants (not subject to prize money)

Unfortunately a few ongoing injuries hasn’t allowed me to perform at my absolute best lately and times can be hard, but adjusting your training around your injuries is key to ensuring you maintain your sanity if you rely on training and ensuring a full recovery ❤️‍🩹

Successful mini cut completion for Monica 👌

We ran a short deficit starting at about 20% below maintenance cals and brought down the cals when we felt like we could without effecting training performance and ability to maintain muscle mass 💪

Clearly tightening up through our midsection, more definition through our shoulders & upper back and taking more shape through our legs. 🤩

Effective dieting phases are easier to adhere to when they are short and there is a end goal in sight. Can’t wait to continue progressing with Monica and seeing how we can continue to improve this physique 🤩

Change and fluctuation through a fitness journey is completely normal and relative to a individuals goals and lifestyle choices 👌

Yes you probably could stay lean all year round but depends on your lifestyle choices, if you want to have a few untracked days here and there go out and enjoy meals you can’t track multiple time a week then this probably isn’t for you and you need to accept the fact your physique will fluctuate relative to your goal at that time 👍

Yes I wish I looked like I did when I completed all year round for sure but I know that’s not possible to achieve my goals nor is it possible to be as flexible as I want to be with food and drink on weekends and maintain that physique 😆

Don’t spend so much time wishing you looked how you did previously and appreciate where you are now if your not happy with how you look understand that change will need to be made with what your currently doing to get you there 🔥

Big changes like this aren’t made within a few months but a 10 week challenge can certainly kick start your bigger journey into the fitness lifestyle.

Scott here has made this change over 2 years where he has lost over 50kg and gained a considerable amount of strength and more importantly a tonne of self confidence, he never once had to eat excessively low calories or train for hours in the gym every day.

💥10 Week Challenege Commencing 18th of January 💥

and myself are running a challenge commencing in the new year, for anyone wanting to participate the challenge will run for 10 weeks with the first two weeks of the challenge we will to use get you prepared for a solid 8 weeks working towards a specific goal rather than jumping straight into a deficit or a surplus on day 1.

We will have prizes for the most dedicated and hardworking people within the challenge so there is plenty to work towards and plenty to achieve in a short amount of time.

Congratulations to Amy, competed in the 3 month transformation division at the Brisbane fitness expo this past weekend and killed it with a first place in her division.

Close to 20kg down over 2 years and she is extremely happy with what she has achieved, has build a great relationship with food, still eating at a good amount of calories and will look at continuing to get stronger and improving on this physique in years to come. Proud of you 🙏
