NEW TIMETABLE, WHO DIS? 📅🔥

We’ve updated our timetable and added something special for our homeschool families… Introducing our 10:30am Muay Thai classes for homeschool kids, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

It’s the perfect mid-morning movement break where kids can burn energy, build confidence and learn Muay Thai in a fun, structured environment.

Double Dose Muay Thai is now an official partner of Yokkao, the world's best Muay Thai brand! Our gym renovations have been underway and brand new equipment is officially on route, along with a container full of Yokkao training gear & merch!

What's coming to DDMT?

Kids lose focus mid-morning, need regular social time, and honestly — they just gotta move. Our new mid-morning Homeschool sessions give them a structured energy break, chances to make mates, and a fun way to burn wiggles before returning to lessons.

Launching this Friday — then MON | WED | FRI at 10:30am.
