I’m Poppy, I’ve been a personal trainer for almost 8 years. I have extensive knowledge in many areas of the health and fitness industry including, training during pregnancy, postnatally and pelvic floor support, weight loss, functional (crossfit style) training, strength training.

Having worked previously in gyms, I have recently set up The Garage Gym which is fully equipped with strength and cardio equipment in my own home to create an environment that supports your training - whether you’re a beginner and are looking for an environment less intimidating than a public gym, or you’ve been training for a while and want to be trained in a gym where the focus is all on you. The Garage Gym allows you the flexibility to bring your kids if you need to or choose a time that works best for you – without the limitation of class and staff hours.
