Senior Summer season is here (well half way through) and the Krakens are smashing it☀️🐙

We are pumped to have a Women's team in WSL3 and our Mixed team taking on OSL6 this year.

Even better, our older Juniors have stepped up into the senior ranks this season. They are already loving the adult team culture, the camaraderie, and the step up in competition.

Peter Gyorgyicsek’s Junior Strength and Conditioning Program was a real highlight for its participants this term. 🏋️‍♀️💪🏋️

Over 6 sessions, Peter gave valuable lessons on understanding the body’s energy systems, injury prevention and the importance of recovery- all tailored for the participants age groups including strength training, flexibility and learning age appropriate routines.
