The Cupcake Cartel was founded in 2017, as an extension of the popular 'Cupcakes with Cal' brand. The Cartel sees triathlon as a tool where we can support and share experiences together. We pride ourselves on our very close knit network. Wherever you are in the world, if you're part of the Cartel, you're always connected.

A massive weekend for the team! 🙌🏽

With Ironman and IM70.3 Cairns taking centre stage as a team race over the weekend, it certainly didn’t disappoint with multiple podiums and world champs slots achieved! We absolutely loved being on ground for the team at this event, with the boss Callum Millward also achieving a sneaky age group win🥇😉

Around the globe we had a great turn out of athletes at Ironman 70.3 Boulder, Ironman 70.3 Rockford Illinois, Ironman 70.3 Eagleman plus more!

With some sensational PB’s, podiums and big goals being achieved, we couldn’t be more proud of you all 🥹

A sneak peek 👀 at our World Championship qualifier kit for 2026! 🔥

Each year we create a special World Champs kit to celebrate our qualifiers. This year we captured the tropical sunset vibes of Hawaii and the palm trees that line the Promenade in Nice, France.

We also wanted to ramp up our iconic fun style and bold colours that everyone has come to know and love.

What a weekend for our athletes at IRONMAN New Zealand! 🧁

We had a huge crew racing across IRONMAN, IRONMAN 70.3 and Aquabike, and it was epic seeing so many team kits out on course all weekend. The support, energy and team spirit was something really special on and off the race course.

We also had some incredible recognition moments:

👏 Major Soren Hall – recipient of the Matt Beaven Award, presented to New Zealand Defence Force personnel competing in IRONMAN New Zealand who demonstrate the values of Courage, Commitment and Comradeship.

👏 Patrick Harvey – acknowledged as a 10-Year Legend, recognising athletes who have completed IRONMAN New Zealand 10 times as part of the race’s long-standing Legend program.

And to top it all off…

🥉 We placed 3rd in the IRONMAN NZ TriClub Podium!
