Nutrition is key to getting results when combined with regular training and rest , but nutritious food doesn't always have to seem boring or dull 😴.
Here are all the stats from todays perfect meal I had this morning for breakfast.
It was all home made from scratch except the pasta itself which was the store-bought dehydrated spaghetti and it was extremely tasty when we dished it up last night and again this morning 😋.
Lots of leftovers for the whole family aswell so it's a great idea for meal prep.

MRJ Fitness (abn: 20035433840 ) is seeking to hire referral agents .

We are a small family personal training business located in Kotara nsw 2289 and we are looking to pay you to generate leads for us .

A brief overview of the program would consist of agents seeking out people who are interested in 1 on 1 personal training or small group training and then refering them to us by emailing or texting there information to us (with thier consent and intention to come on board and train) at MRJ Fitness.

We then purseue the lead and convert them into ongoing clientele. The agent who provided the lead would then recive a 20% commision for a fixed period (no less than 6 months if the client trains for 6 months ) for that clienteles payed participation. Clients usualy sign on for 1 to 2 hourly sessions per week for 50 per hourly session.
