Travis and Penny have been slowly progressing together. The constant rain and a certain motorbike incident that left him with a nasty burn on his leg (because he wasn’t wearing long pants🤦‍♀️), have made it difficult to get any consistent riding in. Travis is a lot more confident in his riding and it is starting to show

Penny had acupuncture early this morning. Travis braved the cold and his fear of needles to hold Penny while Nicole Hackett worked her magic.

And just like that he worked out canter lead departures. 👏👏👏. We still have to work on the side with his bad ankle though.
If you didn’t hear what Travis said after I said that I was proud of him he told me I should buy him more Star Wars Lego as a reward. Nice try buddy but it doesn’t work that way. 😂😂😂

Travis and Penny first lesson back after surgery. Penny was a superstar as usual. No fat shaming here but she did gain a little weight on her break.😁
