Tonight Friday 15th of December 2023 is the last night of traning for the year.

Traning returns Monday 8th January 2024

We have changed our traning nights for 2024 to Monday's and Wednesday nights 6pm - 7:30pm

Hi Everyone

We're pleased to let you know that we are now back to training fulltime. Classes times are 6-7.30pm Wednesday and Friday at the New Lambton Community Centre.
We are following Covid safe practices so there will be no physical contact between students at this stage, otherwise we are training as normal.

We look forward to seeing our students return.

Covid-19 Information

We have currently suspended all our classes until the Australian Government and Newcastle City Council advise us we are able to start training again.

In the meantime, keep training and keep fit. Do your patterns. Practice your kicks and punches. Practice your One Step Self Defence. Run or ride your bike. Do push-ups and sit-ups. Stretch. Stay healthy and stay safe. When we can train again we will want to be fit and ready to go.

We wish everyone all the best in these difficult times and look forward to seeing you again soon.
