Now you don’t have to get in the gym and start rolling around on the floor wrestling with the pull down. It’s a simple as getting a belt in any space, getting around the hands and practising getting around it. Different movements, different pace.

Pacheco Youth Academy’s first grading day and birthday 🎉🥋

What a special day and a moment we’ll never forget. Seeing everyone come together, support each other, and celebrate made this one amazing!

Massive thank you to everyone who came through and made the day what it was. We’re lucky to share this gym with such amazing people and be building something special together.

It’s been crazy to see how quickly we’ve built this community and grown these classes with you guys. What started as a vision has turned into something really special, and we couldn’t have done it without every family and every person who’s been part of the journey.

There’s many ways to break down different moves but simplify each step with common phrases is the fastest way for kids to put these puzzles together and start excelling in jujitsu.

BJJ the best tools for developing your own confidence and physical ability mental challenge and physical challenges like no other.
It’s not many places you can be put under so much physical pressure or still having to think very strategically rather than just letting loose.
This means the kids can build the best base for self-control as well as self-defence.

Use a simple tree name here for the kids to easily understand this technique. It is so effective. It’s such a handy skill to have in any situation inside or outside of the mats.
