The Grand Final has been run and won with the Carps falling agonisingly short by 1 wicket with Ardlethan/Beckom lifting the trophy for the 4th year running.

Saturday saw a tight contest that had everything, from great batting from Choppy, some excellent bowling from spearhead Tilly, good fielding and sensational catching. It just wasn't meant to be as the Yabbies dragged themselves over the line denying the Carps success for the 3rd year running.

Well done to all the Carps who pulled on the colours this season, it was awesome to see a bit of reinvigoration into the lineup with some exciting youngsters and resilient veterans mixing together well.

Thank you to all supporters who came to watch games at home and away, we hope to see more and more people come watch next season, hopefully getting a few extra games at the Park.

The Carp may have been stopped this season, but the good thing about Carp is we will be back bigger and better next year!

The Carps are into the Grand Final!

The Carps went to Barellan on Saturday to take on Mirool in the Prelim final. Winning the toss and sending Mirool in to bat was a good decision with the Rosellas bowled out for 83.

The Carps openers did all the heavy lifting with a great performance that saw the Carps win by 9 wickets in a strong performance.

This sets up a showdown against Ardlethan/Beckom this weekend in the final for the 3rd year running!

Saturday saw the Carps have a convincing win over Kamarah out at Barellan. Some excellent bowling from the young guns (and one old) put the Carps on the front foot and set up a 9 wicket win in a short run chase.

Next week has the Carps facing off against Mirool back at Barellan for a place in the Grand Final against Ardlethan/Beckom!

It's finals time!

Today has the Carps facing off against Kamarah in the first Elimination final. After missing out on 2nd place by the barest of margins, the Carps finished off the regular season in 3rd place.

If you are looking for something to do head up to Barellan for a 12pm start and cheer on the boys!

Yesterday saw the Carps face off against Ganmain for the final round of the season at Matong.

A good bowling performance followed by a strong batting performance had the Carps come away with a good win on the eve of finals.

The Carps have qualified for finals, but due to being on equal points with Mirool we are waiting to see if we claim 2nd or 3rd spot on the ladder.

Let's get behind the boys as they prepare for another finals campaign!

Today has the Carps facing Ganmain at the newly refurbished Matong Cricket Ground for the final round of the season.

The Carps had a pretty tough day last Saturday. Up against a very good side that proved too good on the day.

The old warrior Yakka making his 3rd consecutive half century was the highlight if the day, with some solid batting from the youngsters Jed and Ross to get us to something that resembled an ok total. But it was not enough as the Ard/Bec batsmen cruised to the target.

This Saturday has the Carps facing off against Ganmain at Matong at 1pm for the final round of the season. Come and cheer on the Carps!
