If you were watching the Adelaide International you may have spotted our President. James spent the 2 weeks volunteering his time helping out the players during the tournament. Volunteering is vital at all levels of sport all the way from Mypolonga up to the Pro's. If you've got time come out and help where you can. It doesnt have to be a big roll, cook the BBQ, sweep the courts or set up or pack up the chairs. The best help is any help.

What a terrible night for some brilliant tennis. Showers and wind came through all night but it wasn't enough to stop the games. It all came down to the last game. Down 1 set and 1 game, John stepped up and it was never in doubt, coming away with a 6 - 0 win leading us to down Lutheran on games. Thanks Lutheran for the hospitality, we look forward to the next meeting.

Last week we took on Brinkley and came away with a loss. We had a new player debut and did a fantastic job of getting her serves in. A number of games were a lot closer than what the scores showed. We look forward to the rematch.
