Night 2 Recap 🏁

We decided to do things the hard way last night!
After qualifying 18th, we had plenty of work ahead of us. The heat race left us in the B Main, but Ryan made the most of starting off the pole and took the win to transfer into the A Main.

Starting P17 in the feature, Ryan put in a strong drive through the field to bring the Murray Machining & Sheds S63 home in 9th. A Top 10 finish after coming through the B Main is something we'll happily take!

Maybe this was Ryan's way of getting a few extra laps and some more seat time... because he certainly got plenty of both. 😆

The car is ready, the team is pumped, and we're looking forward to tonight's final night of Chariots of Thunder. Let's see what we can do! 🔥🏁

Fast car. Tough luck. We go again. 👊

Ryan qualified 7th quickest and was right in the mix all night, earning a P9 start in the feature.

Unfortunately, with just four laps remaining, a front-end failure brought our night to an early end.
A massive save kept the Wright Motorsport S63 out of the fence and safely infield. We’ll be back tomorrow night ready to send it again! 🔥🏁

🎂 It's a very special day for the boss man himself... Happy Birthday Darryl Wright! 🎉

We're lucky enough to be spending it in Darwin at Chariots of Thunder, doing what we love with the Murray Machining & Sheds S63.

Darryl is the kind of person who never asks for the spotlight, but without his commitment, support and belief in this team, none of this would be possible. He's the heart behind the operation and we're incredibly grateful to have him in our corner.

🏁 NT Title wrapped up. 🏁

Qualifying 12th in time trials wasn't where we wanted to be and it made the rest of the night a little harder.

Ryan started off the pole in his heat and brought it home in P2, before the Mid Pack Dash saw us line up P11 for the feature.

From there, Ryan worked his way forward to finish P6 in the NT Title.

Not the result we were chasing, but there were plenty of positives to take from the weekend and the car showed good speed when it counted.

Not quite the result we were chasing after qualifying fastest, winning the Dash and starting from pole, but just couldn’t hold on during the feature!

Still, we're pretty happy to come away with a podium finish in our first race back for the season. Huge thanks to everyone who supports us, both at the track and from home.

We'll take the trophy and move on to the next one! 👊🔥

Unfortunately Easter looks a little different this year 🐣🏁

Ryan was all set and ready to hit the track this weekend, but a flu bug has decided to jump in the driver’s seat instead. He’s been feeling pretty under the weather, so racing is off the cards for now.

We’re not saying it’s man flu… but we’re also not *not* saying it 😅

All jokes aside, health comes first and we’ll be back bigger and better soon. Thanks for all the support and we hope everyone has a great Easter weekend! 🐰
