This June, we’re taking on The Push-Up Challenge 💪🧠

From 3–26 June, we’ll be completing a heap of push-ups to raise funds and awareness for mental health in Australia. Every push-up represents a step towards better mental health outcomes.

We’re proudly supporting headspace, Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, helping provide early intervention mental health support for young people aged 12–25.
