REI-vive Womens Wellness Our mission is to help women restore balance and alignment between their mind and body, promoting overall well-being and a sense of ease.

The purpose of REI-VIVE Women's Wellness is to provide a safe and nurturing space for women seeking relief from the stress and tension acccumalted in their bodies due to the demands of daily life. Drawing from personal experience and a deep passion for healing, we are committed to supporting individuals on their journey towards mental and physical ease. To ensure our practices are available to all, we offer in person sessions, along with online sessions.

From the 8th of July I will be available on Wednesdays for FREE half hr Reiki or Somatic therapy sessions - to regulate the nervous system.
This is ONLY for Carers of a person living with Dementia or the person living with Dementia themselves, if they and their carer believe it suitable.
