🏆🚣 WHAT A DAY ON THE SWAN!

The 2026 Corporate Challenge Cup delivered another fantastic day of racing, teamwork, friendly rivalry and plenty of smiles!

Congratulations to PCB Contractors, our Corporate Cup champions, who held off a strong challenge from Deloitte, with Hancock Prospecting taking third place.

And congratulations to Hancock Iron Ore Blue, winners of the Challenge Plate, ahead of WesTrac and Big Yellow Mining.

But the Corporate Cup is about so much more than the results.

It’s about introducing people to the wonderful sport of rowing, building friendships and connections, and bringing the business community together on the water.

Most importantly, the event helps Swan River Rowing Club continue to develop our sport and create opportunities for the next generation of rowers.

A huge thank you to all nine corporate crews, our sponsors and supporters, Rowing WA, and the incredible coaches, coxswains and volunteers who make this event possible.

We were also delighted to welcome Sarah Cook, CEO of Rowing Australia, to share in the day.

Already looking forward to 2027! 💛🖤

We welcome everyone down to the shed to cheer on the crews as they race over 500m to claim the corporate cup trophy for 2026. The crews have been putting in a lot of work this past month as they prepare for this weekend and we can’t wait to see what they can do on race day.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and supported the Swan River Rowing Club Book Launch. Your enthusiasm and generosity made it a truly special celebration of our club and its remarkable history.

A very special thank you to everyone who helped transform the clubhouse and create such a wonderful setting for the occasion.

And, most importantly, thank you to Mike Scott for the incredible dedication that went into compiling the book. In capturing the stories, people and milestones of SRRC, Mike has created something far more than a book — he has created a lasting legacy for our club and future generations of Swannies.
