STRETCH OF THE DAY!

Today’s stretch is the Spinal Drape. This stretch can help to relieve tension in the upper back and help with poor posture that comes from hunching and sitting forwards for long periods of time.
It is also great for helping to align the head, neck and spine. 😃😎💪
