Ask yourself - Do I really need that permanent squash court booking every week?

Am I booking this squash court as a good intention of playing, but historically just not actually showing up?

What might happen to my motivation if I don’t have to feel bad pressure about not using my permanently booked court? That’s a weight to let go of.

There’s something light and easy about not booking and just showing up anyways. We meet new players sometimes.

Please consider, If you won’t play, cancel the booking, it’s a courtesy, good manners and keeps our community in good standing with the business we depend upon for our squash.

Sunday morning training drew a crowd today.
Alison and Joe did a secret super early session. Later David did drills with Alira after being introduced by Dee.
Fiona, Tam, & Chris got their threes on court going…
and then everybody swapped around until deciding lunch at a cafe in Aldgate was a suitable way to squash the calories back in after a workout.
One ball split and was sacrificed to the target gods and gifted to the attending rookie.

AHRC Mt Barker squash courts are being maintained this weekend and are unavailable for use until Monday 20th July.

Thanks to Dee booking the courts for the between season squash training. Over ten club members availed themselves of the opportunity to play in dry courts - on a super wet day in Mt Barker.
