Why It’s Important to Stay on Track Over Easter (or any holiday)🐣🍫

1. Momentum Matters: Taking a full break from training or nutrition can make it harder to restart. Even one or two consistent sessions help maintain rhythm and motivation.

2. It’s Not About Perfection: Staying on track doesn’t mean being strict—it means staying mindful. Enjoy the holiday, but don’t abandon your habits completely.

3. Progress is Built on Consistency: Holidays come and go, but your goals stay. Training through these times keeps progress moving forward, even at a lighter pace.

4. Long-Term Results Require Long-Term Habits: Building a strong, sustainable routine includes learning how to navigate holidays without starting over every time.

Massive weekend with my client, Madeleine competing in her first Novice Powerlifting Competition (also my first competition)🏋🏻‍♀️

We had 12 weeks to prep and Maddie absolutely smashed it! So proud of her pushing herself and putting herself in the environment to learn and try a new sport.

Squat: 75kg
Bench: 60kg
Deadlift: 100kg
