Your glutes are more than just a b***y. 🍑
Let’s be honest—most women start training glutes because they want them to look better.
And that’s completely okay.
But what surprises most people is just how important your glutes are for everything else.
Your glutes are the largest muscle group in your body and are responsible for:
✔ Supporting your lower back
✔ Stabilising your hips and pelvis
✔ Improving balance and posture
✔ Helping you walk, run, climb stairs and lift weights
✔ Generating power and strength
When your glutes are weak, other muscles often have to pick up the slack.
This can lead to tight hips, sore backs, cranky knees and feeling less stable when you move.
For women over 40, strong glutes become even more important. They help support everyday movement, maintain muscle mass, improve bone health and keep you feeling strong and capable.
And yes... they also happen to help fill out a pair of leggings nicely. 😉
The goal isn’t just a better-looking b***y.
The goal is a stronger body that moves well, feels good and keeps up with life.
Because strong glutes don’t just change how you look.
They change how you move.
