Let’s be honest—most women start training glutes because they want them to look better.

And that’s completely okay.

But what surprises most people is just how important your glutes are for everything else.

Your glutes are the largest muscle group in your body and are responsible for:

✔ Supporting your lower back
✔ Stabilising your hips and pelvis
✔ Improving balance and posture
✔ Helping you walk, run, climb stairs and lift weights
✔ Generating power and strength

When your glutes are weak, other muscles often have to pick up the slack.

Stop training your Abs just for a six-pack!

Now don’t get me wrong...

A toned midsection and visible abs can absolutely be a goal. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to feel confident in your clothes, at the beach, or looking in the mirror.

But your abs are so much more than something that looks good.

Your core is responsible for:
✔ Supporting your spine
✔ Improving balance and stability
✔ Protecting your lower back
✔ Helping you lift heavier
✔ Making everyday movements easier

Every time you pick up a child, carry groceries, get out of bed, stand up from a chair, or lift a weight, your core is working.

And as we get older, maintaining core strength becomes even more important.

A strong core can help improve posture, reduce aches and pains, improve athletic performance, and give you the stability to keep doing the things you love for years to come.
