Not only do you need great equipment, you also need fabulous Instructors and classes! We give you access OnDemand via our

app, so you can enjoy the range of Level 1 Beginner, Level 2 and Athletic. We even cater for the Express sessions in our 15 - 50 minute formats. Your Reformer is not only convenient, it's actually a full body strength and cardio workout in one. This new way to train builds strength, aids weight loss, improves co-ordination & balance, provides correction of posture & alignment, and increases athletic ability.
