For Olivia, Soulmates Pilates was born from a simple belief: Pilates should be about more than the workout.

After years of teaching across Melbourne, Olivia dreamed of creating a space where people could move, reset and reconnect, without judgement, pressure or the pursuit of perfection.

That dream became Soulmates Pilates, first opening in Maidstone before expanding to the Mornington Peninsula. Today, Soulmates is more than a place to take a Pilates class. It’s a community built around connection and movement.

In this episode of My Haven, Olivia shares the story behind Soulmates, the inspiration behind her studios, and how she’s created spaces where community comes first.

Five years in, we wanted to move beyond the ordinary and create something worthy of a considered pause.
 
So we reimagined our range as an exquisite tasting experience, where each Reformer is plated with the precision and artistry of a fine dining dish. Every detail deliberate. Every element in its place. Nothing rushed, nothing wasted.
 
What awaits is a curated journey through flow and resistance, a progression designed to awaken the senses one course at a time. Each movement its own note. Each session its own plate. A menu built not for the many, but for those who understand that the finest things are meant to be savoured.
 
This is our craft, refined over five years and served at its peak.
