Join us on Saturday 20 June as we kick off our Move Through Winter studio focus with a special afternoon of movement, connection and intention setting.

✨ 3:00pm - Move & Unwind Mat Pilates Session (limited spots)
✨ 4:00pm - Refreshments & Goal Setting

This complimentary event is open to our entire Apex community.

Together we'll set our winter intentions and movement goals, connect with one another and prepare for a season of consistent movement and wellbeing.

Spots for the Move & Unwind session are limited, so be sure to book via WellnessLiving. If you miss out, we'd still love you to join us from 4:00pm for refreshments and goal setting.

Can't make it on the day? Winter Intention & Movement Goal Cards will be available in the studio throughout the week, ready for you to complete before we begin on Monday 22nd June.

Starting June 20th at Apex Pilates Morisset - a simple way to stay consistent, feel good, and keep moving through winter with the support of our community.

Cost:
🫶There’s no extra cost to join. If you’re attending regular classes already - whether on a membership or class pack - you can join in!

Over 6 weeks, you’ll:

• Choose a personal movement goal to focus on

💪“Strength” is having a moment right now - but there’s more than one way to build it.

We’re more sedentary than ever, and more people are thinking about longevity: wanting to feel capable, resilient, and supported in their bodies as they age.

But strength doesn’t only mean lifting the heaviest weights or training at maximum intensity.

Resistance training can come in many forms:
• Springs on a reformer
• Bodyweight (including isometrics + calisthenics)
• Hand weights..It all counts.

According to Exercise & Sports Science Australia, the most effective kind of training is the one you can do consistently - AND actually enjoy.

That’s where variety matters.
Reformer, Mat Pilates, Barre, and PT Pods all challenge the body in different ways - building control, balance, coordination, flexibility… and yes, strength.

Gradual sustainable progress and a routine you actually enjoy is enough to build real lasting strength.
