What an amazing turnout we had at our first Rhee Tae Kwon-Do Action Day of 2026! 👊🥋

It was fantastic to see so many students and families there, training hard, encouraging each other and getting involved in all the activities throughout the day.

We are so proud of our Moore Park Beach students for the way they represented our club with great attitude, effort and teamwork.

Most importantly, it was wonderful to see just how much fun everyone had. Smiles, laughter and great memories all around!

2026 goal, every single Moore Park Beach student at an action day! Almost there!

Great chat today about the importance of moving your body.

We talked about “sharpening your axe” and making time to build strength, improve fitness and look after your health. Life gets busy, but if you don’t take care of your body, everything else gets harder.

Your body is your tool. Use it, train it and look after it.

Move daily. Stay consistent.
