🥋 WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU - HOMESCHOOL RHEE TAE KWON-DO CLASS! 🥋

We’re looking to see if there would be enough interest in a weekday Rhee Tae Kwon-Do class specifically for homeschool kids, and we’d love to hear from you!

The class would be run by Sa Bum Patrick, who is not only an experienced Rhee Tae Kwon-Do instructor, but also a father to homeschooled children himself. He understands the flexibility and needs of homeschooling families and would love to create a class where kids can build fitness, discipline, confidence and practical skills in a fun and supportive environment.

What’s a Kihap? 🥋

A Kihap (pronounced kee-hap) is the sharp exhale and shout used in Tae Kwon-Do when performing a technique. It helps with focus, timing, power, confidence, and engages your core while encouraging proper breathing.

A Kihap doesn’t need to be loud or elaborate. A simple, strong exhale is often all that’s needed, especially for beginners. The goal isn’t to make the biggest noise. It’s to breathe correctly, tighten the core, and put your energy into the technique. 💪🥋
