Let do this. It time for the lessons of patience, of time, of reaching the sweet nectar, the deaths, the steadiness of life from a stronger foundation for me to hit the community circuit again.

Not the same, a hell of a lot difference. The same high energy fiery fierce place of evolution but with the embodied Wisdom that comes with 100000 more ego deaths and willingness to sit in the fire (or stillness)

Eight minutes in the sea dropped cortisol by over 30 percent and activated the vagus nerve, the same safety signal the body gets when an infant is held to a parent’s chest.

Seawater and human sweat share almost the same mineral ratio. Magnesium, sodium, chloride. When your skin meets the ocean, stress metabolites are released while trace minerals are absorbed. That’s why people feel lighter after swimming. It’s not psychological. It’s biochemical unloading.
