FITAL Athlete and Coach Training App Strength and Bodybuilding focused training app designed to enhance the athlete and coach experience

24/03/2023

Hey Everyone!
FITAL is a Strength and Bodybuilding Training platform designed to enhance the experience of the athlete and the coach.
We've made it available for FREE and will always remain free for athletes for personal use. Coaches will require a subscription at some point in the coming months but for now we want your feedback so please download it on the App Store and let us know what you think. We built the app to support the niche fitness communities that we are and hope that we can continue to enhance the experience for both athletes and coaches.

The records for Australian Strongman are in good hands with a new team taking it on. Spearheaded by Mel Brown, already has managed to pull together a team to help across multiple states.

Please head over to the page and like it so you can follow the updates and more importantly their listings for the Australian Strongman Records.

There will be changes and updates to what I have put together since 2015 but it will be for the better.

This will also be the end of Strongman Gold Coast, thank you for following along over the years. I am still behind the scenes with the Australian Strongman Alliance and The Static Monsters Worldwide/World Championships.

This page will now move across to a new owner, Callum who will be using it to show off something to help with your strength training, I hope you will keep following and support what he has to offer.

Regards

Chad

Australian Strongman Records:
Chad here, I started and have been keeping the Australian strongman records for about 7 years.

I am not giving the records system the support and enthusiasm it deserves anymore.

If you and or a group of you would like to continue the records, please get in touch with me via a personal private message or a message on this page and we can talk about what it takes to run it.

Thank you

Chad

Australian Atlas Stone Lifting records:
Bumping the record up again is Mitchell Hooper, now at 231.9kgs. This would be one of the bigger stones lifted on the planet, now crossing the 500lb mark.

This keeps Mitchell in first place in the Australian rankings after his 220kg stone lift earlier in the year.
