I am still processing our Friday night event in Goondiwindi, which brought together many precious people in my life, including some of the brave women who wrote stories for Seen Again.

It was so special.

A combination of exhaustion and emotion is getting in the way of the words I want to share, so, for now, here are some photos!

This selection of shots is by Alex of .andfade who, as fate would have it, I met at a Gundy mother’s group session I facilitated a few years ago.

A huge thanks to everyone who came along, helped make it happen, sent me messages, or supported it in some way.

It was a huge milestone to see Seen Again in the hands of readers!

More to come soon. THANK YOU!

9 hours down yesterday, 4 hours to go this morning…

My boys x4 and I are on our way north to Goondiwindi for an extra long weekend.

First we’re celebrating Seen Again this evening back where the story began, and with people who shared their stories in the book. 🥳

We’re also celebrating my gorgeous nephew’s 21st tomorrow night. 🎈

We slept well and we’re getting ready to hit the road. 🚗

Off I trot to play Tetris with books, banners, bags and squishmallows.

Excited to share updates with you this afternoon!

What I’ve learned from hosting retreats is: the most meaningful shifts arrive with space.

From the moments in-between.
The conversations that aren’t planned.
From the time to actually hear yourself think.

This immersion is different.
It’s not high-structure.
It’s not about pushing for transformation.

It’s about:
🐛 rest
🐛 space
🐛 being heard and witnessed
🐛 time to focus on something meaningful to you
🦋 and feeling seen again.

I’ve kept it small (six women) and intentionally spacious.

Seen Again: The Immersion September 2-5, Sky High Mt Franklin, near Daylesford, Vic.

Give yourself permission.

Secure your place with a $750 deposit and time to pay the balance in instalments. There are 3 places remaining. ✨

Want to know a lovely way to spend a Monday afternoon?

Chatting with of on The Educate & Empower podcast about all things matrescence and motherhood. 🎙️

I think I gave some lengthy answers and we didn’t get through all the questions but it was so good! It’s the first time I’ve recorded a podcast episode in person, which was a nice change.

And I didn’t even accidentally hit the furry gerbil attached to my shirt once. 😂

Thank you so much for having me Bec, and for all you do in our community for women’s health. I loved our conversation and I hope it’s valuable for your listeners. Xx
