Ever wondered what Uplift Strength Fitness is all about? 💪
Think low-impact, high-energy strength training designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and leave you feeling strong and empowered. Using light to moderate weights, we move through choreographed tracks that target both upper and lower body — all set to motivating music 🎶

During the school holidays, you’re invited to come and try Uplift Strength Fitness for FREE after our SHiNE Dance Fitness class on Tuesday nights!
🕢 Starts at 7:30pm
👉 What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• 1–2kg weights (for arm tracks)
• 3–5kg weights (for leg tracks)
• Water bottle & good vibes
✨ Bands will be provided during this trial period!
This is a trial to see if Uplift becomes a permanent part of our timetable — so your feedback matters! If it’s a hit, classes will run weekly at 7:30pm on Tuesday nights, and participants will be expected to bring their own equipment.
🔁 The playlist will stay the same for 4 weeks so we can really focus on learning the routines, improving technique, and making sure all movements are done safely and with correct form.
