⭐Congratulations to APARIL WARFIELD & SUMMA ROUTLEDGE (award accepted by husband Liam Routledge)⭐

April first took on the role when her son began playing footy and has continued to support whichever team he is part of, while also willingly helping other teams whenever needed. April has a calm and empathetic approach connecting with the players and prioritising their welfare. She is an enormous asset to the club and to every playing group she supports.

Summa has three children playing at the Jets and has generously given her time as trainer to all of their sides at some stage. This year, she seemed to be everywhere — stepping in to support the Under 12 Girls whenever needed, while also taking on the full-time trainer role for the Under 15 Boys. Her care for the welfare of the players is always at the heart of what she does, and she carries out these responsibilities diligently, calmly, and with genuine compassion

Daniel has willingly been a Team Manager role for the past 6 years!! He is extremely organised, has excellent administrative skills, and always has his team running very smoothly.

Daniel is always willing to help, support and teach new Team Managers, guiding them through their responsibilities and ensuring they understand the role.

Thank you Daniel for your commitment to the club and the teams that you look after...very happy to have you in our corner!! 🙏

Congratulations and a massive thank you to the one and only PAUL WATSON!!

Paul joined the Jets Juniors as Auskick Co-ordinator in 2012. He became our inaugural Under 10 Girls coach when the Jets first launched the girls program in 2017, he has coached many teams over the years, has been a Runner when not coaching, and was the Girls Co-ordinator for three years, where he was instrumental in recruiting girls to the Jets, many of whom are still playing today. Paul's calm approach, generous teaching style, and belief in the girls helped create a supportive and encouraging environment.

We are incredibly appreciative of Paul’s time on the committee, his willingness to help wherever needed, and the many ways he has supported the girls, the coaches, the families, and the wider club. Whether coaching, mentoring, recruiting, running messages, helping at fundraising nights in one of his many costumes, or simply being present for the players, Paul has given so much of himself to the Jets. His contribution is glowing, far-reaching, and thoroughly well deserved of recognition. 🙏
