Have you even tried weighing out your food?

It sounds like a lot of work, and is going to take up so much of your already limited time.

You only need as long as it takes you to plate up your food to weigh and log it.

Some other things that saves me time and make my life easier to stay on track.
1. Kitchen scales live on your bench. Don’t put them away, this is one extra step you need to do to weigh out your food.
2. Component prep. Cook and prepare your protein, vege, carbs. This saves so much time throughout the week, and allows you to mix and match to keep it interesting.

Do you find weighing out your food too hard?

✨ Client Progress ✨

Kirstin is 16kg down, for 6mths she has been focusing on eating in a caloric deficit, averaging 7k steps per day and 3 days workouts.

She has officially reached her goal weight and has now started her reverse cycle, and has shifted from a fat-loss phase into a strength phase.

8 Months Postpartum with Baby #2.

In 8mths I have lost 20kg whilst breastfeeding, working full time & managing a household.

I have made great progress in the last 8 months. During this time I have focused on being in a consistent caloric deficit prioritising nutrient dense foods and plenty of protein daily.
This allowed me to maintain my milk supply and lose body fat.

To make it easy for me to adhere to and to take the mental load off with what to eat, I ate the same foods on REPEAT.

I aimed for at least three 20-30min gym sessions and averaging 5k steps per day. This is a massive drop from my pre pregnancy movement.

Postpartum weight-loss doesn’t need to be complicated, you just need to be consistent and patient.

✨ CLIENT PROGRESS ✨

When Maria started with me she said that she just couldn’t get past her plateau and now in only 4 months she has lost 10kg.

We identified that she struggled with emotional binge eating episodes. We have worked on her mindset to overcome her binge eating and can now identify when she’s about to lose control.
