I’m Tim Yendell –Level 2 Run Coach, Personal Trainer and owner of Milton Fitness. I am passionate about helping people be their best selves. My focus on holistic well-being enables clients to gain a balanced lifestyle. Services include:

 Run coaching - online or in-person - for beginners wanting to get started and experienced runners looking to improve their endurance and speed
 Personal Training, done 1 on 1, 2 on 1, or in small groups of 3 to 6 people
 Rehabilitation due to injury, illness, surgery or disability
 Pre and Post Pregnancy fitness
 Functional Exercise for the Elderly, with a strong focus on maintaining independence
 Fitness and well-being for Teenagers
 Home and Travel exercise programs
 Corporate programs for healthy staff
 Virtual and online exercise programs
