It is our favourite time of year, where we get to welcome new and returning faces to our club for our come and try weeks!

These are free classes to those who wish to see if Calisthenics is for them! They will be held in the first and second week of Term 4 (from Monday 5th until Wednesday 14th). You can find us at the Medimerski Hall - corner of 15th and Deakin Ave, Mildura.

Existing members are welcome to attend their age group for both 2026 and 2027 during these weeks!

JOY MAYSON MEMORIAL TROPHY WINNER - Emily Cheek

The Joy Mayson memorial trophy is awarded to the highest scoring solo performance at the Rich River Calisthenics competition. Emily was awarded a score of 90 for her Graceful solo. A true testament and reward for all her hard work and dedication she puts into refining her skills within calisthenics and many areas of dance.

Rich River competition officially kicked off last night with our Seniors. Despite the range being across four divisions with 9 teams, our ladies placed in every item and came away 3rd overall! 💙🩷

Their coaches Haylee Reid and Georgina Whitehouse are so incredibly proud of their hard work, team work and energy throughout a long competition.

What a fantastic way to end our weekend in Shepparton; third overall for our fabulous Seniors! 🥉

You are such a joy to watch perform and are such inspiring role models for our younger girls. We can’t wait to support you on stage in Echuca.
