Our 3-Day Diving Intensive is a great way for children to try diving, build confidence and develop new skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Whether they're stepping onto the diving board for the first time or looking to improve their technique, this program caters to a range of abilities.

Learn to Dive Clinic
90-minute sessions
$115 for 3 days

Participants must:
✔️ Be 9 years or older
✔️ Be confident in deep water

Each session includes both pool and dry-land training. Please bring:
Trainers
Shorts and a T-shirt to wear over swimwear

Help your child build confidence and accelerate their swimming progress with our popular Four-Day Intensive Swim Program this July.

Through consecutive daily lessons, swimmers have the opportunity to strengthen their skills, refine technique and build confidence in the water in a focused and supportive environment.

Huge congratulations to Harry and Aleia on being selected to represent Victoria at the 2026 School Sport Australia Championships!

We are incredibly proud to see both divers named in the School Sport Victoria (SSV) team lists — a fantastic achievement and recognition of their hard work, dedication and commitment in and out of the pool.

We look forward to cheering Harry and Aleia on as they represent Victoria on the national stage and wish them every success for the Championships ahead.

A huge congratulations to our talented divers who recently competed at the SSV Trials, proudly representing their schools.

With six athletes from Mentone Dive Club taking to the boards, it was wonderful to see such strong displays of teamwork, sportsmanship and determination throughout the competition.

Special congratulations to Aleia and Harry on their outstanding results, each placing third in their respective age groups — a fantastic achievement.
It is always rewarding to see hard work in training translate into success in competition. We are proud to see our divers continue to thrive both in and out of the pool. Well done to all involved.

We are excited to welcome all of our swimmers back for another fantastic term in the pool.

Term 2 is a great opportunity to build confidence, strengthen skills and continue progressing through each level in a fun, supportive environment.
This term, swimmers can look forward to developing water confidence, refining stroke technique, strengthening essential safety skills, and plenty of smiles and enjoyment along the way. 🏊‍♀️

Mentone Diving Club was proudly represented at the Diving Victoria Club Challenge on Sunday morning, with eight divers taking to the pool.

With many competing in their very first interclub event, the team demonstrated great composure, commitment and progress across the board. A special thank you to Sienna for her support on pool deck, coaching and guiding the team throughout the morning.

AQUA PLAY – April Sessions

If you’re new to swimming or looking to help your little one feel confident in the water, Aqua Play is the perfect place to start. Each 30-minute session features fun, gentle activities designed to build confidence and enjoyment.

Suitable for children aged 12 months to 3 years, with sessions guided by our experienced Infant and Preschool instructors. All participants are required to wear swim nappies.
