Tyler came to me at the start of the year with a goal of getting into better shape, building strength, and putting on some muscle.

The difference between the young bloke who walked into his first session and the person he is today has been incredible. Not only has he made great progress physically, but I’ve also watched his confidence grow week after week.

His strength has improved across every exercise, and the results from his consistency and progressive overload speak for themselves.

One of my favourite parts about training Tyler has been seeing him come out of his shell. In those early sessions, he wasn’t quite sure what to make of my terrible jokes, but these days we’ve built a great rapport and always have a laugh during our sessions.

Client Testimonial: Meet My Little Sister, Kayla 💪❤️

What started as a sister wanting to support her brother’s new business venture has turned into a dedicated, consistent, and hardworking client.

Over the years, Kayla has trained through many different phases of life. She started with the goal of building muscle and achieving a toned physique, then transitioned into training throughout pregnancy to stay active, strong, and mobile. After welcoming her beautiful daughter, Poppy, her focus shifted to losing her post pregnancy weight while still building strength and becoming a true muscle mama.

And through every single phase, she absolutely crushed it.

At 4 months postpartum, Kayla began following weekly meal plans with the goal of returning to her pre pregnancy weight. Not only did she achieve that goal, but she has now lost over 13kg since starting. 🔥

Throughout her journey, Kayla has also been breastfeeding, so we carefully monitored her calorie intake to ensure her milk supply wasn’t affected. The goal was never to rush the process, but to create steady, sustainable progress that supported both her health and her goals. If weight loss ever became too rapid, we would increase calories the following week to keep everything balanced.

One of the best parts about coaching Kayla isn’t just seeing her achieve incredible results. It’s getting the chance to regularly catch up with my sister and spend time with my beautiful niece, Poppy. (And yes, I’m definitely her favourite uncle 🤣)

I’m playing my first season of footy next year, so I’m taking you guys along for the journey. For this series I’ll be sharing things that I’m doing to get myself as fit as I possible can. I know I’m not going to have Nick Daicos like skills out there next season, but my goal is to turn up on Day One or Pre-Season and be the fittest and strongest. If you’re looking at getting fit for a sport, I’m sharing tips on what I’m doing, with my training.

Meet Daniel, my brother who lives all the way up in Queensland.

Daniel came to me wanting to build muscle, get back in shape, and have more energy. Because he’s in Queensland and I’m based in Melbourne, we had to do things a little differently and keep it remote.

I set him up with a training program he could follow on his own at the gym, and the commitment he showed was unreal. If he missed a session, he’d make it up later in the week without hesitation. He was also super easy to work with when it came to adjustments, if a gym didn’t have a certain machine, or an exercise wasn’t suitable, we’d tweak the plan and he’d take the advice on board like a legend.

On top of training, Daniel also followed weekly meal plans. One of my favourite parts of coaching is showing people that getting results doesn’t mean living on chicken and rice, you can still enjoy the foods you love and make progress.

Daniel, it means a lot that you chose me to help you out, especially when you could’ve gone with someone local to you. I really appreciate it, and I’m seriously proud of the results you’ve achieved and the effort you’ve put in.
