You do not have to be an athlete to train here. You just have to want to move better, get stronger, and have a plan. Most of our members aren’t competing in anything they’re just people who take their training seriously and want coaching that matches that.

Enzy HQ isn’t a group fitness class, and it’s not a solo gym membership where you’re left to figure it out on your own.

You train in a coached group, but with your own program built around what you’re actually trying to achieve.

If you don’t play a sport, that doesn’t matter. Strength and conditioning is how everyday people get fitter, stronger, and move better in life and that’s reason enough (fun fact our Co-Founder Em has never really played a sport, the gym is her sport)

We also have 24/7 facility access. So if your schedule is unpredictable, the gym works around you, not the other way around.
