NSW State Representative Selections - Sydney 2027

The nomination period for the Men’s Netball NSW Representative 23/U, Men’s and Mixed teams is now open.

Athletes wishing to be considered for those teams are required to register and attend the session on Sunday 30 August 8am - 11am at Bennelong Sports Centre.

Teams will be selected to compete at the Australian Men’s and Mixed Netball Championships to be played in Sydney from 28th March - 3th April 2027.

This trial session is for 23/U, Men’s and Mixed only.
The 17/U and 20/U selections are being held 23 August.

Note: If you are age eligible for the 17/U or 20/U, you must attend the 17/U and 20/U selection session on the 23 August. Only then may you receive an invite from Selectors to trial for a higher division.

Join us for the Young Black & Deadly Stand-Up Comedy Workshops on 24 & 25 September, from 10am to 2pm in Redfern.

This July we are celebrating many things. Help us celebrate and wish a big Happy Birthday to our Co-Founder and Vice President, Emilie. 🩵💜🖤

Player. Umpire. Coach. Volunteer. Mentor. Community leader. Proud Yuin and Wiradjuri woman. And a proud Westfield Local Heroes Alumni.

While we celebrate 50 Years of Deadly, it's incredibly special that our major community partner, Westfield Eastgardens, is also celebrating Emilie by sharing her story and the impact of our club through this partnership.

Since co-founding The Minhi's Netball Club with her sister, Sallie-Ann, in 2019, Emilie has helped create far more than a sporting club. Together they've built a community where girls, boys, women and families can connect through sport, culture, healing and belonging on and off the court.

Her passion for investing back into grassroots sport, creating culturally safe spaces in Netball and breaking down barriers for all participants continues to inspire our community every single day.

A huge thank you to Westfield and their amazing dedicated team for recognising local leaders and helping share stories that strengthen our communities on and off the court. ❤️
