Meet Anita, 20 weeks pregnant and still squatting strong, and Shelly, 27 weeks pregnant and continuing to train confidently as she prepares to welcome her newest little love into the world. 🩷

Pregnancy isn’t about doing less. It’s about learning how to support your body in a new and incredible season of life.

Strength training during pregnancy can help you maintain muscle, support your posture, reduce aches and pains, improve energy levels, and prepare your body for the physical demands of labour, motherhood, and recovery. But beyond the physical benefits, it can also help you feel empowered, capable, and connected to your body as it does one of the most amazing things it will ever do.

Join us for a gentle guided Group Meditation on Twin Hearts, a simple yet powerful meditation developed by Master Choa Kok Sui that is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.

This week, Danielle hit a deadlift PB for 3 reps while her little bubba watched Mum getting stronger right beside her. 💪🏽✨
