Before working together, Pragathi was struggling with
getting into the gym and being consistent, she would literally drive past it on her way home from work and still not go. She felt so stuck and unmotivated .

We focused on
- finding a routine that would actually work for her
- keeping her motivation high consistently working towards goals
- having a coach that kept her accountable to her goals and coming to her sessions
- making lifestyle habits that kept her consistent daily

The result? Pragathi is now consistently coming 2-3 days a week after work and has achieved significant strength gain, she previous to starting couldn’t squat a 20kg bar and is now squatting 50kgs !
