As the Aikido trip to France and Japan winds up remember the point of training is to hammer out the impurities and build the ability to
1) stay calm and progressively relaxed
2) keep your focus
3) maintain a strong active posture
4) have positive outlook despite the odds
…… during not just the easy times, but also during intense life upsetting situations.
Training in effective technique is the road map to achievement.
