Hi, My name's Annette and I want to introduce myself to you all.
I have a passion to help others fall in love with health and fitness and to alter their lives for the long run. I work with my clients on behavioural habits, making them aware of any self-sabotaging or habit they may subconsciously have.
I believe in this approach, because this is something I have been through myself. I had been overweight my whole life, even through my teenage years until I made a choice to have Weight-loss Surgery in 2019. It was through that process that I had to take a step back and realise the habits and sabotaging ways I had picked up along my life. I have successfully lost over 58kg and have kept that weight off now. I have also managed to build muscle and become stronger, something I struggled with post surgery as while you are expected to drop weight fast, a lot of weight I did drop was my muscular strength.
Outside of the gym, I love living life, exploring our state, travelling overseas and discovering new places with my little dog Bane.
