This is 💯 accurate! We are so desperate to fit in and to be accepted by others. We hyper focus on trying to relate that we often over share and make others feel uncomfortable. We fixate on topics of interest and I can appear we are self absorbed. We fail to read the room and a lot goes over our heads. We spend too much time reflecting on social encounters, and torture ourselves with every detail. We feel guilty that we shared too much and rehearse how differently it should have gone.
