Your Club Maitland City Maitland Tigers Gridiron Team is recruiting for the upcoming 2027 Hunter Gridiron competition. We’re recruiting Men’s tackle 18+, however we encourage everyone who is interested in taking up American Football to come along and learn about the sport in the Maitland area. 2 weeks out from our come & try days.

Sundays September 20 & 27 from 10AM at Fred Harvey Oval 1 in Lawson Avenue, Woodberry.

Great, friends, great sport, great coaches & great vibes. No experience needed.

Preseason is set to kick start Wednesday October 7 from 7pm located at Fred Harvey Oval 1 in Woodberry. September 20 & 27 from 10am we will be holding come & try days in Woodberry. The road to the Hunter Bowl starts here. We look forward to getting to know our newest recruits, and seeing our returning faces don the black and orange. No experience needed. 🐅

We at Maitland Gridiron are very proud to announce our support and charity partnership with Talk2MeBro. Talk2MeBro

The amazing work by the team at Talk2MeBro in their mission for su***de prevention and the countless of life’s they have helped is beyond incredible and we are very proud in any part we can do as a club to support their efforts.

What does this mean? We will proudly be wearing the Talk2MeBro logo on our 2027/28 jerseys. We will also be hosting a fundraiser round at a Maitland home game in 2027 and more in the foreseeable future intending to promote their fantastic work and raise money for mental health.
