Announcement - Resignation of National Steward
Outlaw Karts Australia (OKA) advises that Mr Richard Mapp (Richo) has resigned from his position as OKA National Steward.
Richo was instrumental in the establishment of OKA, playing a key role in the development of the framework for the incorporation constitution and overseeing its formal legal recognition with the appropriate government body. He was also responsible for achieving a number of other critical milestones during the formation of OKA as an incorporated body, including the development of the OKA logo.
The Executive Committee sincerely thanks Richo for his significant contribution to the organisation and his dedication to the sport. We wish him every success in his future endeavours and look forward to seeing him trackside again in the not-too-distant future.
With Richard’s departure, the National Steward position is now vacant. OKA will be accepting expressions of interest for this role, with the intention of appointing a suitably qualified individual to this critical position.
