This Friday's Core & Calm (Yoga–Pilates) class continues our theme of Move with Intention.

Through controlled strengthening, precise core activation, balance work, and mindful transitions, we'll develop coordination, stability, and body awareness while maintaining a calm, centred approach.

Strength is built one mindful movement at a time.

This Monday, we'll explore building strength through transitions.

Through breath-led movement, balance challenges, and core engagement, we'll focus on moving deliberately between postures rather than rushing to the next pose.

By slowing down and bringing awareness to each transition, we build stability, strength, and a calmer, more focused mind.

This week at Maianbar Yoga, our focus is Move with Intention – Build Strength in Transitions.

Transitions are just as important as the postures themselves. By bringing awareness to the moments between poses, we develop control, stability, and resilience while creating a deeper connection between breath and movement.

🧘‍♀️ Monday – Hatha Yoga | 10am & 6pm
Mindful, breath-led sequences that challenge balance, engage the core, and strengthen the muscles that support steady, confident movement.

Controlled strengthening, balance work, and deliberate transitions to improve coordination, stability, and body awareness.

This week at Maianbar Yoga, we're focusing on creating warmth, energy, and vitality from within.

As the cooler weather settles in, movement becomes one of the best ways to boost circulation, awaken the body, and maintain energy throughout the day. Through mindful movement, strengthening postures, and breath-led practice, we'll build gentle heat and leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.

🧘‍♀️ Monday – Hatha Yoga | 10am & 6pm
Flowing sequences, strengthening postures, and mindful breathwork to warm the whole body and support mobility, strength, and wellbeing.

✨ Public Holiday Reminder: Both Monday classes are running as usual. If you have the day off, it's the perfect opportunity to start your holiday with some time for yourself.
