This week at Maianbar Yoga, we're focusing on creating warmth, energy, and vitality from within.
As the cooler weather settles in, movement becomes one of the best ways to boost circulation, awaken the body, and maintain energy throughout the day. Through mindful movement, strengthening postures, and breath-led practice, we'll build gentle heat and leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
🧘♀️ Monday – Hatha Yoga | 10am & 6pm
Flowing sequences, strengthening postures, and mindful breathwork to warm the whole body and support mobility, strength, and wellbeing.
✨ Public Holiday Reminder: Both Monday classes are running as usual. If you have the day off, it's the perfect opportunity to start your holiday with some time for yourself.

Controlled strengthening, core activation, and mindful mobility work to build sustainable energy and steady focus.
