KAPAP Academy WA - Western Australia Part of the Australian Defensive Tactics Institute, KAPAP Academy WA is the only legitimate KAPAP Academy in Australia. Other separate organisations exist.

Home to the original IDF combat effective KAPAP for civilian, CQB, LEA, Security & custodial operators. KAPAP is a system of combat and tactics derived from the training of Israeli Defense special forces. The name was revived to distinguish it from the more prevalent basic training of other IDF systems. It is associated with the IKF organisation of Chaim Peer and the technical direction of Avi Na

rdia with branches around the world. KAPAP WA continues to teach and train in the original fashion demonstrating these origins and ensuring that students are fully capable of surviving real world threats and situations. KAPAP WA is a closed door group, meaning membership is by application only and not automatically available to everyone. The nature of the training is such that a certain level of maturity and intelligence is mandatory. The syllabus fully addresses CQB, R&R, LEA, CPP and reality based scenario training.
