🎉 Thank You for Your Early Nominations! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who nominated for our upcoming show! We know nominations closed earlier than at previous events, and we truly appreciate everyone who got their entries in promptly.

Because of your support, we can spend less time chasing paperwork and more time focusing on delivering a well-organised, enjoyable show for everyone. Your early nominations haven’t just helped the committee—they’ve helped every competitor by allowing us to be organised, prepared and ready well before the first horse enters the arena.

The committee sincerely appreciates your support in helping make this happen - more than you would know! 💙🤠

We’ve also made a few improvements since our last show:

📋 Pattern & Draw Board
Your draw and all patterns will be displayed on a central board throughout the event. One of the reasons for the earlier nomination close was so we could have the draw finalised and available before the show, allowing everyone to know when they are on.

📄 No Competitor Packs
This show we won’t be issuing competitor packs. This reduces administrative time and eliminates the chance of competitors receiving incorrect patterns. Simply head to the pattern board, take a photo of the patterns you need, and you’re ready to go. A limited number of printed spare patterns will be available for those who don’t have access to their phone.

🐴 Separate Trail Arena
Trail will once again run in a separate arena, allowing competitors to complete their trail pattern at any time throughout the day. We hope this provides more flexibility and keeps the main arena running efficiently.

Hi Ranchers & Reiners! 🤠🐴

With our July Show fast approaching, we have created a manual nomination form for competitors to complete and email through to us.

Below is some key information regarding the show & nominations:

🔹Online nominations via Nominate will also be opening in the coming days.

🔹Manual nominations can be completed & emailed to [email protected] (PDF in the comments). Entry fees will be required at time of completion of the nomination form, bank details on the form.

🔹We encourage everyone to get their nominations in early

🔹Nominations for both the Reining & Ranch Show will close on 19 July 2026 7pm.

🔹Show Dates: 25–26 July 2026

🔹Take the time to read the RHAA Rule Book and RA Rule Book before nominating to ensure you and your horse are eligible for the classes you enter.
While we are happy to help where we can, the committee is unable to keep track of every competitor’s eligibility and it remains the responsibility of each exhibitor to enter the correct classes.

🔹The show program and schedule will run at the committee’s discretion and may be adjusted as required to ensure the smooth running of the event.

🔹Ranch patterns yet to be confirmed.
