Rise and shine!! ☀️

At Hacienda de Guru Ram Das I experienced something that’s difficult to explain but impossible to forget.

High in the desert in Espanola, New Mexico, USA is a divine Sangat living a conscious lifestyle rooted in presence, devotion and connection, the consciousness we embody through Kundalini Yoga practice.

Seva, the incredible selfless service and intentional living for one another, is where I feel peace, washing the marble floors of the Gurdwara being taught by the care takers, the warmth of langar, and the feeling of genuine radiance created a place deeply nourishing.

I leave with the voices of many musicians and stories of the legacy of Yogi Bhajan, his energy is real!
A reminder of living my spiritual name was cool and another reminder to step out of other people’s way - feeling quietly expanded, connected to myself, the land and something far beyond both. Completely wowed !!!
